Despite our being from out of state and weather challenges, Jeff and Tabatha and staff coordinated a beautiful memorial and burial service for our mom. They are absolutely reliable and will go the extra mile to honor your loved one.

I must say Lotz did a wonderful job with my mother’s arrangements & making everything seem so easy at such a hectic & sad time . Betty is absolutely wonderful to talk to . She makes your difficult time not feel like a business arrangement , she makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Betty and her team went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you for being so compassionate & caring & going the extra mile for my family. If I could give more than ten stars I would!

I lost my Father Early on 02/24/2024. My dad was my best Friend. Betty Cundiff has been a friend for a while, but after this experience, I learned she is an Angel. I have been through many funerals in my life, and lost many family members. I have never had such a WONDERFUL experience in a time of loss. There were tears, there was sadness and I am still dealing with the aftermath. The arrangements, the kindness, the AMAZING TRIBUTE AND WELL DONE VIEWING eased my loss. My family lives in multiple states, and could not be there, but the Lotz family and Conner Bowman were there to lift me up in a time of sorrow. I can not say enough about how she coordinated everything , and the joint coordination Between Lotz and Conner Bowman was incredible. Dad was a marine and Betty coordinated the Honor guard, Taps and presentation of the flag to myself. There is so much to deal with in a time Of loss, but Betty and the Lotz team made this so Much easier. Betty Cundiff- God bless you! I love you ma'am. Losing a loved one is always a difficult time for families. My sister and I were extremely stressed over a father's passing and the funeral arrangement process. I must say we were truly blessed to meet and work with Mrs. Betty Cundiff and the Lotz staff. She is the ultimate professional and extremely mindful of the the families needs and feelings. Mrs. Cundiff's kindness and gentle approach touched my soul. Her attention to detail and personal touch cannot be matched. If I could give her ten stars I would. I will forever remember her warm smile and personality. Thank you again Lotz -Franklin Road. Keep up the great work.

I spoke personally with Betty, the Director, on behalf of a loved one. Betty sat down with me face to face without an appointment. She was so easy to talk to, genuine, and never made me feel like she was “selling” anything to me. I had so many questions for her about the process, that she answered with honesty and empathy. She walked me through all the details of their cremation process, and how they honor the individual until the very end of the cremation process. I was not expecting to sit down with the director of the funeral home, but this is the reason I came to Lotz. I had used their Vinton location for my husband’s grandfather’s passing, and we were very pleased with the service provided there. I went to their Roanoke location today since they’re located closer to my loved one. I could not have asked for a better experience with Betty, and how easy she made this process. I would recommend Lotz to everyone! Thank you for everything Betty - if you see this!
